"Pretty easy to find what I needed"
Not gonna lie, the site was easy to get around. I was able to find the saw parts I needed without clicking all over the place, and the search worked fine. A couple pages were a little slow to load for me, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a good experience and just could be a little smoother.

"Order was mostly right"
My order showed up quickly, and most of it was exactly what I picked out. One small item was not the right one, though, which was a little annoying. It was not a huge deal, but I wish everything had matched.

"I was kind of in a rush when..."
I was kind of in a rush when I ordered a replacement part from sawzillaparts.com, so I was really hoping it wouldn’t turn into a whole hassle. Thankfully, the whole thing went smoothly.
The tracking was actually helpful and kept updating along the way, which I appreciated since I didn’t have time to keep wondering where it was. It showed when it shipped, moved through the carrier, and when it was out for delivery.
The part arrived in good shape and ended up being the right one. Simple experience overall, no drama, and I’d use them again if I needed another part.

I thought swapping it out was going to be a whole thing, but their install guide actually made it simple. I kept expecting to get stuck somewhere, and then I’d check the next step and it was just clear enough to keep going. no hassle, which was a nice surprise

I did get my refund in the end, so no real issue there. It just took a bit longer than I thought it would. Might’ve just been bad timing on my part with when I sent the return back, but I was checking for the refund for a while.

The staff definitely knew their parts and seemed to know what they were talking about. I just wish I didn’t feel so ignored while I was there, because it took a while before anyone really acknowledged me.

I ordered some parts and then entered the long, suspenseful waiting period where every delivery update felt like a plot twist. They did show up in the end, and thankfully the package was in good shape, so no disaster there. Shipping was just slower than I expected, not awful, not a total tragedy, just kind of a drawn-out experience.

I ordered a replacement part from Sawzilla Parts, and to be fair, it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The part itself was totally fine, fit like it was supposed to, and seems to be working without any issues.
That said, the box looked beat up when it got here, with one side crushed in and the packing inside feeling way too loose. it gave me a bad impression even though the part survived. I’d probably order again, but I’d really hope they take the packing more seriously next time.

The search itself was okay, but the filters were frustrating. I’d apply them expecting the results to narrow down properly, then I’d end up waiting just to see stuff that still didn’t match what I wanted.

I reached out to tech support about a part not fitting right. They did get back to me and helped somewhat, but it took longer than I thought it would, and I had to explain the issue twice. It wasn’t bad, just kinda average in my experience

At first I was kind of ready to be annoyed, but then they started explaining everything and it was actually clear. The updates were simple enough to follow, so yeah, no complaints.

I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I thought it would. Isn’t waiting for money back always the most annoying part? Support did respond when I reached out, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience, but the delay was definitely a bit frustrating.

"Does the job, but I wouldn’t call it a good deal"
The parts did work, so I’ll give them that. But between the shipping cost and the prices, it didn’t really feel worth it in the end. The whole thing had that polished company-talk vibe, like it was supposed to sound like a great value, but once I actually paid for everything, it just felt overpriced.
